Most ant species prefer sunny climates; our climate is not suitable for many of them. However, the few species found here can be a nuisance when they get into your home. - Try to trace where they are coming in and seal off any entry points.
- Clear up all sticky residues on worktops etc, ants are attracted to sweet things.
- Cover up all foodstuffs which could be a good food source for ants.
